He also provides practical advice on how to navigate ethical dilemmas in the workplace.
One of the things that really resonated with me about this book was the way it emphasized the importance of moral courage. Collins argues that truly ethical decision-making requires individuals to have both a strong moral compass and the willingness to take risks and stand up for what they believe is right. This message is especially important in today’s world where unethical behaviors are often covered up or ignored.
